EnJOY the holiday week friends!
As you spend time with family and friends take intentional time away to rest alone and give God thanks. This week I’m so grateful for noticing more life around me than I have ever seen before. I’ve been a “Christian” for the past 25 years, and I feel as though I’m just now getting started, “Taste and see that the Lord is good. Oh’ the joys of those who trust in Him” {Psalm 34:8}.
I’m seeing Him in everything, taking life in, and living it back out joyfully! May we know this week that all we have to do is go to our Creator who provides everything we need and more…
“Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.” {Matthew 11:28-30 the message}
